2.1 The conditions of the offers

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site www.cetofine.com In the event of unavailability of products not stored after placing your order, we will notify you by email upon receipt of your ordered. We will then offer you a replacement solution or a credit note and if no agreement can be found, then your order will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded if your bank account has been debited.

3.1. Ordering Information

In this context, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be at your expense.

Article 4 - Payment of the price

4.1. Method of payment

To pay for your order, you have all the payment methods offered during the final validation of the order:

In the event of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France. Article 5 - Delivery

5.1. Transport modalities

The products will be delivered to the address you indicated when ordering. The requested participation is detailed and indicated before the order is confirmed.
The transport of goods and their delivery are carried out according to the choice of the customer either by CHRONOPOST (home delivery against signature, delivery to your business location or relay point), either by GLS (home delivery against signature, delivery to your business location or relay point), either by COLISSIMO (home delivery or relay point depending on the destination - for this delivery method (contact us)).

We reserve the right to modify the carrier chosen according to the destinations and the volume of parcels in real time according to the regions.

5.2. Shipping cost

Delivery is FREE from € 92 of purchases in Metropolitan France *.

* (delivery of your package the day after your order if the latter is made before 3:30 p.m.)

For any order less than 92€:

- Chronopost delivery to a relay point = € 5.50*

- Chronopost home delivery = € 9.00*

- GLS delivery to a relay point: 4.50 € *

- GLS home delivery: 8 € *

5.3. Terms of delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. with Chronopost, and between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. with GLS. No delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

For home delivery, packages are delivered against signature and cannot be left in deposit: make sure a recipient is present in the delivery times, or choose Point Relais delivery. Home parcels are not delivered to the letterbox, prefer delivery to a Relay Point if you think you will be absent.

From Monday to Friday, orders validated before 3:30 p.m. are shipped the same day for delivery the next day. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. are dispatched the following day.

There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays, so any order placed after 3:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday morning.

Zone A2: For Belgium + Netherlands + Luxembourg + Germany + Italy + Spain

Delivery is FREE from 92€ of purchases

(Delivery of your package by CHRONOPOST or COLISSIMO, deadlines: 1 to 5 days)

The times may vary depending on the country of destination and possible customs clearance.

For any order less than € 92 :

- delivery to a RELAIS point = € 5.50

(Option unavailable, pending the opening of the service by CHRONOPOST)

-Delivery at home or at your professional place = € 9.00*

Your package is sent according to your recommendations by Chronopost or Colissimo, to the address of your choice or to a Point Relais. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, no delivery is made on Sundays and holidays. Packages are delivered against signature.

From Monday to Friday, orders received with validation of payment before 3:30 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. are dispatched the next working day.

There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays, so any order placed after 3:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Zone B: For other European countries

For any order less than € 125, the shipping costs are € 25. Delivery is FREE from € 125 of purchases. Your package is sent according to your recommendations by Chronopost, to the address of your choice. The delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days.

Zone C: For Switzerland and Corsica

For any order less than € 125, the shipping costs are € 10. Delivery is FREE from € 125 of purchases. Your package is sent according to your recommendations by Colissimo to the address of your choice.

Zone D: For overseas departments and territories (except Polynesia)

The shipping costs are 25 €. Your package is sent according to your recommendations by Chronopost or Colissimo Suivi, to the address of your choice. The delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days.

Zone D: For all other destinations

The shipping costs are 45 €. Your package is sent according to your recommendations by Chronopost to the address of your choice. The delivery time varies according to the country of destination (3 to 5 days on average generally observed).

The goods are transported within the time limits indicated by the carrier. Any delay in delivery cannot be attributed to the services of our laboratory. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make the usual reservations with the carrier. Likewise, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide the delivery information and contact details necessary for the proper delivery of his package (building, floor, etc.). The delivery times are those indicated by our carriers and run from the removal of the package. The parcel delivery tracking is available on the carrier's website. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

5.4. Delay or delivery problem

5.4.1 - Contact CHRONOPOST: We invite you to contact CHRONOPOST on 09 69 391 391 (non-premium rate call) from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. with your CHRONOPOST tracking number for any information on the delivery of your parcel.

Article 6 - Receipt of the order

6.1. The person who receives the package

Be careful, if you entrust the reception of the product to a third party (concierge of your building, colleague at the workplace, neighbor, etc.) that person receives the package in your name and on your behalf. Cetofine 21 cannot be held responsible for a package left with a third party that does not reach you. The person who receives the package is responsible for it. As such, you must therefore ask him to be vigilant in following the usual precautions and remind him to take the same care for the item received as if it were personally the recipient.

6.2. The initial check

We invite you to check the apparent condition of the products on delivery with the delivery person. When the parcel is delivered against a signature, you must mention it on the delivery voucher any apparent anomaly (damage, product missing from the delivery voucher, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.). An investigation will then follow. CAUTION: The words "Subject to unpacking" are not sufficient.

6.3. You notice a delivery error

Products delivered not in accordance with the order: In the event of a non-compliant product, you can submit your complaints to our customer service at the following address info@cetofine.com. You will be asked to describe precisely the reasons justifying the non-compliance.

Article 7 - General terms of exchange

7.1. Terms of exchange

We only accept exchanges, for unopened and unopened products, within a maximum period of 14 days after your last order. The original packaging, the whole to be intact and in good condition.

We do not make an exchange according to the value of the products but according to the products purchased, if you return sachets to us, you will then have to choose other sachets of different flavor. You must accompany your return with a duplicate invoice.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
