Guillaume is a 30-year-old man who wanted to take control of his life through our weight loss diet.
When Guillaume reached a weight of 93kg due to a diet too high in calories, he wanted to change his figure to feel better in his body while preserving his muscle mass.
He decided to combine sports and the Cetofine 21 high-protein diet with the aim of losing weight quickly while obtaining a muscular physique.
After subscribing to a gym membership with a personal trainer, contacting our nutrition advisors, and more determined than ever, Guillaume embarked on the low-calorie weight loss diet. Thus, he relearned to eat a balanced diet, but also to regain a healthier lifestyle.
Generally, people who decide to follow a high-protein diet have a weight loss goal in mind. For his part, Guillaume decided to follow the slimming diet until he regained a physique that showed his true "dynamic and sporty" personality to leave overweight behind. More than a goal of kilos on the scale, he also needed to find a healthy weight in line with his mental state.
The first month, he started with the most effective level: level 1. This allowed him to lose 10 kilos in the first month thanks to mastering his calorie intake and the Cetofine 21 high-protein sachets. After this first month of protein diet and this 10kg loss level, we directed Guillaume towards level 2 of the dietary program. At this stage, he was 5 weeks into the high-protein diet and had already lost 11kg.
Guillaume stayed at Level 3 until he had lost 13kg and then started level 4 of the Cetofine 21 high-protein diet: the stabilization phase. This step is the closest to a balanced diet and allowed Guillaume to adopt good habits for eating well and regaining a healthy diet. This step also allowed him to rediscover foods that he was starting to miss: pasta, rice, potatoes...
In 9 weeks, Guillaume had reached his weight loss goal and showed a -15 kilos on the scale, but the most important thing in his eyes is the well-being felt and the visible transformation, he can be proud of his new figure.
