What's included in the high-protein diet pack?
You will receive a parcel containing a programme designed for women with a weight loss goal of -3kg .
You will receive 49 high-protein sachets , including:
- 35 high-protein sachets in sweet flavors (hot drinks, chocolate or vanilla cream, cereal breakfasts...).
- 14 high-protein sachets in savoury flavors (veloutés and omelettes).
You will also receive a pack of 7 detox drain sticks in peach tea flavor to support you during your 14-day high-protein slimming diet.
An explanatory guide will inform you on what you should eat, why and at what time to succeed in your slimming diet .
The mixing shaker suitable for protein sachets is included free of charge to become the perfect companion for all your high-protein preparations!
You can modify up to 2 different box types in your pack.

What is the 14-day protein diet kit program?
During these 14 days of high-protein diet, you will follow different stages:
- The mitigated diet (level 2): Day 1 to 7. You do not consume high-protein sachets at every meal. You maintain one meal composed of dietary proteins.
- The transition phase (level 3): Day 8 to 11. You reintroduce a complete breakfast into your diet.
- The stabilization phase (level 4): Day 12 to 14. You will gradually incorporate all food groups and acquire healthy dietary habits.
The phase of significant weight loss will take place during the first 7 days of the diet, then you will follow the other 7 days of the diet with a more moderate weight loss to avoid shocking your body.

Preparation tips
The detailed program of the weight loss diet will be explained in your guide. You will receive in your 14-day weight loss kit, 7 boxes of high-protein sachets, which is 49 high-protein sachets. The high-protein sachets are sweet and savory. Each recipe has different usage recommendations that will be explained to you. You will receive all the essential information for the successful completion of your 14-day high-protein diet.
You will need to add vegetables depending on the planned protein meals. A list of allowed vegetables will be provided to you.
