By placing your order, you acknowledge having full legal capacity to commit yourself under these general terms and conditions of sale as an individual.

1.4. General terms and conditions of sale

Any order you place on this site will be subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. These are intended to define the sales regime and the rights and obligations arising therefrom. We inform you that, insofar as you order products online, your agreement regarding the content of these general terms and conditions of sale does not require a handwritten signature. Our general terms and conditions of sale may be modified during the year but by accepting them you acknowledge the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of the order and order form.

Article 2 – The CÉTOFINE 21 conditions

2.1 Offer Conditions

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the www.cetofine.com website. In the event of unavailability of non-stocked products after placing your order, we will notify you by email upon receipt of your order. We will then offer you a replacement solution or a credit and if no agreement can be reached, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded if your bank account has been debited.

CETOFINE21 reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason it deems appropriate. In this case, the refund by the payment method used during the purchase will be made automatically.

2.2 Marketing of products

The products we offer comply with the legislation and standards applicable in France. All nutritional values are accessible from your product sheet on the website www.cetofine.com.

Product photos are not contractual, they are only presentation suggestions.

Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to verify with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services.

2.3 Contraindications and allergens

We draw your attention to the importance of respecting contraindications when following a high-protein program.

If you have any doubts about your health condition, we recommend consulting your physician so that they can certify that you are able to follow a high-protein program.

Therefore, you agree that no person representing Cétofine 21 can be held responsible in case of non-compliance with said contraindications and allergies that may occur.

Article 3 – Order processing

3.1. Information when ordering

You must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide to us when placing your order, particularly regarding the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and their consequences (for example, delivery delays or errors).

In this context, the costs incurred for reshipping the order would be at your expense.

Article 4 – Payment of the price

4.1. Payment Method

To pay for your order, you have all the payment methods offered during final order validation:

* Credit card, with a direct link to our secure banking partner, (Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne Group),

* Bank transfer,

* Alma, payment in several installments,

* PayPal,

* Check.

In case of payment by check, it must imperatively be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France. An order paid by bank transfer will be processed upon receipt of payment.
An order paid by check will be shipped 10 days after clearing.
Availability and shipping times begin from the date of registration of the payment method.

4.2. Online Payment

By validating the order, you guarantee that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you have chosen.

4.3. Payment in full

Payment is due in full from the order in 1 installment. It is not possible to pay in several installments.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1. Transport methods

Products will be delivered to the address you indicated when placing your order. The requested fee is detailed and indicated before order validation.
The transport of goods and their delivery are carried out according to the customer's choice either by CHRONOPOST (home delivery against signature, delivery to your workplace or to a relay point), or by GLS (home delivery against signature, delivery to your workplace or to a relay point), or by COLISSIMO (home delivery or relay point depending on the destination – for this delivery method (contact us)).

We reserve the right to change the chosen carrier depending on destinations and package volume in real time according to regions.

5.2. Shipping Cost

Delivery is FREE from €92 of purchases in Continental France*.

*(delivery of your package the day after your order if the latter is placed before 3:30 PM Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.)

For any order under €92:

- Chronopost delivery to relay point = €4.50*

- Chronopost home delivery = €9.00*

- GLS home delivery: €9*

Please note that for delivery to Corsica, a surcharge is applied. This amounts to €15 including VAT for Chronopost and €20 including VAT for GLS.

5.3. Delivery conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 1 PM with Chronopost, and between 8 AM and 6 PM with GLS. No delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

For home delivery, packages are handed over against signature and cannot be left unattended: ensure that someone is present during delivery hours, or choose delivery to a Relay Point. Home packages are not placed in mailboxes, prefer a Relay Point delivery if you think you will be absent.

Monday to Friday, orders validated before 3:30 PM are shipped the same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 3:30 PM are shipped the following day.

There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays, so any order placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Zone A2: For Belgium + Netherlands + Luxembourg + Germany + Italy + Spain

Delivery is FREE from €92 of purchases

Delivery of your parcel by CHRONOPOST, time frame: 1 to 5 days)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and possible customs clearance.

For any order under €92:

- delivery to RELAY point = €5.50

-Home or workplace delivery = €9.00*

Your parcel is delivered according to your recommendations by Chronopost or Colissimo, to the address of your choice or to a Relay Point. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. Parcels are delivered against signature.

Monday to Friday, orders received with payment validation before 3:30 PM are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:30 PM are shipped the next business day.

There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays, so any order placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Zone B: For other European countries

For any order under €125, shipping costs are €25. Delivery is FREE from €125 of purchases. Your package is delivered according to your instructions by Chronopost, to the address of your choice. Delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days.

Zone C: For Switzerland

Colissimo:

For delivery with Colissimo at home, shipping costs amount to €25. Your parcel is delivered according to your recommendations by Colissimo to the address of your choice.

Chronopost:

For any order under €225, shipping costs amount to €25.
From €225 of purchases, Chronopost delivery is free.

Zone D: For French Overseas Territories (excluding French Polynesia and New Caledonia)

Shipping costs are €45 with Colissimo or Chronopost. Your package is delivered according to your instructions by Chronopost or Colissimo Tracked, to the address of your choice. Delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days.
Oceania, French Polynesia and New Caledonia: Shipping costs are €200.

Qatar: Shipping costs amount to €150 including VAT.

Zone D: For all other destinations

Shipping costs are €75. Your package is delivered according to your instructions by Chronopost to the address of your choice. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country (generally 3 to 5 days on average).

Goods are delivered within the time limits indicated by the carrier. Any delivery delay cannot be attributed to our laboratory services. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the good condition of the parcel upon receipt and to make the usual reservations with the carrier. Likewise, it is the recipient's responsibility to communicate the information and delivery coordinates necessary for the proper delivery of their parcel (building, floor, etc.). Delivery times are those indicated by our carriers and run from the time the parcel is picked up. Parcel delivery tracking is accessible on the carrier's website. No delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

5.4. Delay or delivery problem

5.4.1 - Contact CHRONOPOST: We invite you to contact CHRONOPOST at 09 69 391 391 (non-premium rate call) Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM with your CHRONOPOST tracking number for any information about the delivery of your parcel.

Article 6 – Receipt of the order

6.1. The person who receives the parcel

Please note that if you entrust the receipt of the product to a third party (building concierge, colleague at work, neighbor, etc.) they receive the parcel in your name and on your behalf. Cétofine 21 cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to a third party that does not reach you. The person who receives the parcel is responsible for it. As such, you must therefore ask them to be vigilant about following standard precautions and remind them to take the same care of the item received as if they were personally the recipient.

6.2. Initial Verification

We invite you to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery with the carrier. When the package is delivered against a signature, you must note on the carrier's receipt any apparent anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.). An investigation will then follow. WARNING: The mention "Subject to unpacking" is not sufficient.

6.3. You notice a delivery error


Wrong recipient: If you receive a delivery not intended for you, please keep the parcel as is and immediately inform our customer service: by email at the following address info@cetofine.com.

Products delivered not in accordance with the order: In case of non-conforming product, you can submit your complaints to our customer service at the following address info@cetofine.com. You will be asked to describe precisely the reasons justifying the non-conformity.

Article 7 – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Legal right of withdrawal

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you may withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically took possession of the purchased goods in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code.
You must notify us (Cétofine 21, 30 ZI Les Grands Champs, 17290 Aigrefeuille d'Aunis, France) of your decision to withdraw from your order by mail or you can submit your request online by email to info@cetofine.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires and return your product to the following address: Cétofine 21, 30 ZI Les Grands Champs, 17290 Aigrefeuille d'Aunis, France
For any additional information on the scope, content and instructions regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service.

7.2. Effects of withdrawal

We will refund the payments we have received from you no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request, minus shipping costs. We will use the same payment method that you used during your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, this refund will not incur additional costs for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the product(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product(s), whichever comes first.

Please note that you must return the product(s) no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
You must bear the direct costs of sending and returning the product(s). You will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product(s) resulting from handling (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product(s)).

7.3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
· for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
· for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (mixed boxes in particular)
· for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (if short best-before date mentioned in the product description)

In this context and in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, only unopened parcels can be refunded since our products are perishable goods and cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

7.4. Exchange procedures

We only accept exchanges for unopened and unused products, within a maximum period of 14 days after your last order. The original packaging, all of which must be intact and in good condition.

We do not exchange based on the value of products but on the products purchased, if you return sachets to us, you must then choose other sachets of different flavors. You must accompany your return with a copy of the invoice.

Return shipping costs remain at your expense.

Article 8 – Prices and Taxes

8.1. Price Calculation

The prices displayed on the website are in euros excluding shipping and packaging costs.

8.2. Taxes

For orders delivered in mainland France and in member countries of the European Economic Community, prices include all taxes.

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be required. These duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer and fall under their sole responsibility in terms of both declarations and payments to the competent authorities and|or organizations.

Article 9 – Legal Notices & Responsibilities

9.1. Exemption from liability: cases of force majeure.

Are considered as fortuitous events or force majeure exempting from liability all irresistible, unforeseeable facts or circumstances independent of the will of the parties. In such circumstances, a consultation should be favored in order to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued.

9.3. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The contractual information is presented in French. The products offered for sale on the site comply with French regulations. CÉTOFINE21 cannot be held liable in case of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country.

The law applicable to these general terms and conditions of sale is French law. In the event of any dispute or challenge relating to the formation or execution of the order, the sole competent jurisdiction shall be the Commercial Court of La Rochelle (17).
