The goods are shipped within the timeframes indicated by the carrier. Any delivery delay cannot be attributed to our laboratory's services.

It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the good condition of the package upon receipt and to make the usual reservations to the carrier. Similarly, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide the necessary delivery information and details for the proper routing of their package (building, floor, etc.).

Delivery times are those indicated by our carriers and start from the collection of the package. Package delivery tracking is available on the carrier's website. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
