How long should you follow the high-protein diet?
To help you better navigate, here is a reminder of the duration of each stage based on your weight loss goal.
This will allow you to know which Weekly Kits to order, with complete ease.
Option 1: you complete all 4 stages of the protein diet, including Stage 1, the strict protein diet.
Stage 1 is the strictest stage of the diet, but it will allow you to lose weight more quickly.
Option 2: you start the protein diet at Tier 2, the moderate protein diet.
This tier is less strict but weight loss will take longer since you will keep a real meal made up of dietary proteins.
What if I need to follow the step for more than a week?
If the duration of your stage lasts longer than a week, you can complete your order with high-protein products of your choice.
Depending on the stage followed, the number of daily sachets varies:
- Stage 1: strict high-protein diet : 5 sachets per day
- Stage 2: modified high-protein diet: 4 sachets per day
- Stage 3: Transition: 3 sachets per day
- Stage 4: Stabilization: 2 sachets per day
Men consume one additional sachet per day, regardless of the stage.
