Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Cetofine 21 High-Protein Fusilli Pasta
- 1 medium zucchini
- 3/4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Basil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta for 12 minutes for al dente and 15 minutes for normal cooking.
- Cut the zucchini into strips using a vegetable peeler.
- Cook the zucchini strips for 2 minutes in salted water. Remove and drain.
- Drain the pasta, add the vegetables, a drizzle of olive oil, and the chopped basil.
- Add the cherry tomatoes that you have previously cut.
- Season, it's ready.
