  1. Mix the contents of the Chocolate Dessert sachet with 80 ml of water
  2. Beat the white of one egg until stiff
  3. Gently fold the beaten egg white into the mixture
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
Tip: To vary the flavors, try making this mousse with coffee, praline, or vanilla.
This recipe is compatible with all Cetofine 21 high-protein desserts.
