Phase 1.
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Cetofine 21 Vanilla Dessert Mix
- 1 Teaspoon of powdered sweetener (aspartame, stevia, ...)
- 2 Egg whites
Instructions
- Break 2 eggs and keep only the whites, beat the egg whites with a manual whisk or an electric mixer. When they are well beaten, slowly add the teaspoon of sweetener and increase the speed of the whisk to stiffen the egg whites.
- Optional: put the beaten egg whites in small round silicone molds (or muffin tins), fill them using a large spoon and smooth with a spatula. Bake for 3 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
- Dilute your Vanilla Dessert Mix packet in 150 to 170 ml of water to obtain a custard-like consistency.
- Place the egg whites on top of your vanilla preparation and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy.
Tip 1: You can add grated orange or lemon zest for even more flavor.
