Sweet ketofine floating island high-protein recipe

Simple and quick to make.

Phase 1.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Cetofine 21 Vanilla Dessert Mix
  • 1 Teaspoon of powdered sweetener (aspartame, stevia, ...)
  • 2 Egg whites

Instructions

  1. Break 2 eggs and keep only the whites, beat the egg whites with a manual whisk or an electric mixer. When they are well beaten, slowly add the teaspoon of sweetener and increase the speed of the whisk to stiffen the egg whites.
  2. Optional: put the beaten egg whites in small round silicone molds (or muffin tins), fill them using a large spoon and smooth with a spatula. Bake for 3 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
  3. Dilute your Vanilla Dessert Mix packet in 150 to 170 ml of water to obtain a custard-like consistency.
  4. Place the egg whites on top of your vanilla preparation and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy.

Tip 1: You can add grated orange or lemon zest for even more flavor.
