Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Cetofine 21 Omelet mix of your choice
- 1 small onion
- Mushrooms of your choice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the onion thinly and sauté in olive oil (and mushrooms if using).
- Mix your Cetofine 21 omelet packet with 120 ml of water using a whisk.
- Cook in a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
- Add the onion, and mushrooms if using, and set aside.
- Reheat your asparagus and create a beautiful presentation with your omelet or
- Make a wrap by rolling it up with the vegetables.
Serve with a nice green salad. It's done, time to enjoy!
