High-protein asparagus omelet

Simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Cetofine 21 Omelet mix of your choice
  • 1 small onion
  • Mushrooms of your choice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the onion thinly and sauté in olive oil (and mushrooms if using).
  3. Mix your Cetofine 21 omelet packet with 120 ml of water using a whisk.
  4. Cook in a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
  5. Add the onion, and mushrooms if using, and set aside.
  6. Reheat your asparagus and create a beautiful presentation with your omelet or
  7. Make a wrap by rolling it up with the vegetables.

Serve with a nice green salad. It's done, time to enjoy!
