How many high-protein sachets should be consumed in a moderate protein diet?

When you are in the modified protein diet phase, you will incorporate a slimming meal composed of dietary proteins into your daily diet. If you are a woman, you will consume 4 high-protein sachets per day (breakfast, 10 am snack, 4 pm snack, and lunch or dinner). If you are a man, you will consume 5 high-protein sachets (add a 10 pm snack).

When you start the stabilization phase, you will regain good dietary habits. The goal is to stabilize your weight. If you are a woman, you will consume 2 high-protein packets per day (snack at 10am, snack at 4pm). If you are a man, you will consume 3 high-protein packets (add a snack at 10pm).
