Each high-protein sachet or protein snack helps you maintain your ideal weight by providing the necessary proteins to avoid snacking, preserve your muscle mass and stay satiated.
How to follow your slimming week?
For 7 days, you will consume 2 to 3 high-protein sachets per day, according to your needs, distributed for example as follows:
- Breakfast:
1 portion of protein + 1 portion of slow-release sugar + 1 portion of fast-release sugar
+ 1 slice of high-protein bread - Morning snack: 1 sweet high-protein sachet
- Lunch: 1 portion of dietary proteins + 1 portion of allowed vegetables + 100g of allowed starches
- Afternoon snack: 1 high-protein biscuit
- Dinner: 1 light meal (proteins + vegetables)
Objective of this step
Phase 4 teaches you how to stabilize your weight by maintaining a healthy dietary balance. You keep 2 high-protein sachets per day (and high-protein bread in the morning) to avoid excess, limit deviations, and maintain good satiety.
