This diet pack includes sweet high-protein sachets and tasty snacks to be consumed throughout the day, as well as an additional sachet every evening at 10 PM, to cover the higher protein needs of men.

Preparation tips

As part of the Stabilization phase, Cétofine 21 high-protein sachets are convenient and effective snacks to help you maintain your ideal weight. They provide the necessary proteins to limit snacking urges, preserve muscle mass and maintain satiety between meals. You will have returned to balanced meals without protein sachets.

How to follow your Stabilization week?

For 7 days, you will consume 3 high-protein sachets per day (including a snack at 10 PM) as well as protein bread.

  • Breakfast
    1 portion of protein (yogurt or milk or eggs)
    1 portion of slow-release carbs (whole wheat bread or high-protein bread)
    1 portion of fast-release carbs (fruit)

  • Morning snack
    1 sweet high-protein sachet

  • Lunch
    1 portion of natural proteins (meat, fish, eggs)
    1 portion of allowed vegetables
    100 g of cooked starchy foods (e.g.: quinoa, lentils, steamed potatoes)

  • Afternoon snack
    1 high-protein biscuit

  • Dinner
    1 light meal: proteins + vegetables

  • Evening snack (10 PM)
    1 sweet high-protein sachet
