This Transition Week Weight Loss Kit includes an additional sweet high-protein sachet each evening, intended as a 10 PM snack, to meet the higher protein needs in men. You thus benefit from an optimal protein intake throughout the day, while facilitating the transition to a natural diet.

Designed for a complete week of Transition, this kit combines gourmet snacks and protein products to be consumed throughout the day, with ease.

Preparation tips

Each Cétofine 21 high-protein sachet is a meal or snack substitute. It provides you with the necessary proteins to prolong fat loss, preserve your muscle mass and maintain a good feeling of satiety throughout the day.

How to follow your weight loss week?

  • Breakfast
    1 portion of protein (for example: a 0% plain yogurt + a glass of milk)
    1 portion of high-protein bread
    1 portion of fast sugar (for example: an apple or a pear)

  • Morning snack (around 10 am)
    1 sweet high-protein sachet

  • LunchWeight Loss Meal
    1 portion of natural protein (white meat, fish, eggs or 0% dairy product)

    Still or sparkling water as desired

  • Afternoon snack (around 5 pm)
