Preparation tips
Each Cétofine 21 high-protein sachet is a meal or snack substitute: it provides you with the necessary proteins to prolong weight loss, preserve muscle mass, and maintain satiety.
How to follow your slimming week?
For 7 days, you will follow a structured day with 3 to 4 protein intakes per day, distributed as follows:
- Structured breakfast:
2 portions of protein (e.g.: yogurt + milk)
1 portion of high-protein bread
1 portion of fast-acting sugar (e.g.: 1 fruit) - Morning snack: 1 sweet high-protein sachet
- Lunch: 1 Slimming Meal
1 portion of natural protein (meat, fish, eggs, 0% dairy products)
1 portion of allowed vegetables (list provided in the guide) - Afternoon snack: 1 high-protein biscuit
- Dinner: 1 savory high-protein sachet + 1 portion of allowed vegetables
