Craving a good gluten-free high-protein tomato soup? Our gazpacho recipe can be enjoyed cold or hot, according to your preference.
Gazpacho is a traditional Spanish soup made from raw vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cétofine 21 recommends serving the gazpacho cold, making it a refreshing soup during the summer months.
Our gazpacho is low in carbohydrates and high in protein, containing only 84 Kcal per sachet. We offer a gluten-free recipe for all those with gluten intolerance.
To be consumed from Phase 1 to Phase 4.
Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 200 ml of water, add the content of one tomato gazpacho protein sachet, close the shaker and mix.
You can enjoy the tomato gazpacho hot or cold.
If you want to enjoy it cold, it's ready! If you want to enjoy it hot, heat the preparation for 1 minute in the microwave or in a saucepan.
