Preparation tips
For preparation, mix the contents of one protein-rich vegetable stuffing sachet with 60 ml of water using the shaker. Incorporate the mixture into a hollowed-out vegetable, then bake in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius (410 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Gourmet idea: rehydrate the stuffing with the juice recovered from the hollowed-out vegetables.
