Preparation tips
Prepare your non-stick pan approximately 20 centimeters in diameter by heating it over high heat.
In a shaker, mix the contents of one sachet of high-protein blini mix with 75 ml of water before pouring the mixture into the pan.
Use a spatula to spread the batter and form your blini. Then lower the heat and cook until the edges easily come away. Your blini should be well cooked and golden. Flip it over to cook the other side.
You can enjoy your blini plain or serve it with smoked Greek yogurt, a lighter alternative to smoked salmon.
