This bacon and cheese pancake recipe is low in carbohydrates and fats, however, its consumption should be limited to 1 sachet per day in phase 1, with no restrictions in other phases.

Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 100 ml of water, add the contents of one high-protein bacon and cheese crepe packet and shake vigorously.
Cook the mixture in a lightly oiled non-stick pan like a traditional crepe. We recommend consuming your bacon and cheese crepe hot.
