  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

  1. Cut your broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Separate the broccoli into florets. Do the same for the cauliflower. Wash and drain them.

 

  1. Steam them until a knife tip easily pierces them. This should take 6 to 8 minutes. Drain your vegetables.

 

  1. Mash the broccoli and cauliflower separately.

 

  1. Dilute your Cetofine 21 high-protein omelet mix packet in 4 fl oz of water using a whisk. Mix part of the preparation with the broccoli and the other part with the cauliflower.

 

  1. Use a mold about 3 inches in diameter. Wrap the mold with aluminum foil to create a bottom. Grease the mold. You can also use a greased ramekin.

 

  1. Place a layer of cauliflower mixture, then a layer of broccoli mixture, and a final layer of cauliflower mixture in the mold.

 

  1. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Monitor the cooking process.
