Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 120 ml of cold water, add the contents of one cheese omelet packet and shake vigorously. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan as you would with a traditional omelet. We recommend consuming your omelet quickly after preparation.
You can accompany your cheese omelet with a green salad or allowed vegetables (according to the stage of the weight loss program).
The cheese omelet preparation can also be used as scrambled eggs or to prepare vegetable flans.
