This fine herbs omelet can be consumed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. One sachet of high-protein herb omelet contains only 104 Kcal per sachet and can be consumed from the beginning of your weight loss program.

Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 120 ml of water, add the contents of one fine herbs omelet sachet and shake vigorously. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan as you would with a traditional omelet. We recommend consuming your omelet quickly after preparation.
You can accompany your fine herbs omelet with a green salad or allowed vegetables (according to the stage of the weight loss program).
According to your preference, the high-protein omelet can also be cooked as scrambled eggs.
The high-protein fine herbs omelet preparation can also be used as a quiche base. You can thus remix your recipes and prepare vegetable quiches.
