Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 120 ml of water, add the contents of one mushroom omelet sachet and shake vigorously. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan as you would with a traditional omelet. We recommend consuming your omelet quickly after preparation.
You can serve your mushroom omelet with a green salad or allowed vegetables (according to your weight loss program phase). You can also add real mushrooms to your omelet.
According to your preference, the high-protein omelet can also be cooked as scrambled eggs.
