Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 100 ml of water, add the contents of one asparagus omelet sachet and shake vigorously. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan as you would with a traditional omelet. We recommend consuming your omelet quickly after preparation.
You can accompany your asparagus omelet with a green salad or allowed vegetables (according to the weight loss program level). You can also add real asparagus to the preparation for more flavor.
