Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 120 ml of cold water, add the contents of one sachet of Mediterranean protein omelet and shake vigorously. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan as you would with a traditional omelet.
You can accompany your Mediterranean omelet with a green salad or allowed vegetables (according to the stage of the weight loss program). You can also cook your high-protein omelet as scrambled eggs.
