Preparation tips

Add one sachet of coconut and chocolate dessert powder to 150mL of water. Mix until completely dissolved and let it hydrate in the refrigerator for a few minutes before consuming your gluten-free coconut and chocolate dessert.

This recipe is also delicious served as ice cream: mix the content of one high-protein sachet in 100ml and pour the mixture into a ramekin. Place in the freezer for 1 hour and enjoy your gluten-free coconut ice cream!
