Our high-protein pancake batter recipe is low in carbohydrates and fats. To be consumed from phase 1 limited to 1 sachet per day, then without restrictions during other phases.
To be consumed from Phase 1 to Phase 4.
Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 100 ml of cold water, add the contents of one packet and shake. Cook in a lightly oiled pan, like a traditional crepe, and serve your orange-flavored crepes warm.
One packet makes approximately 2 orange-flavored crepes depending on the thickness of your crepe and the size of your pan.
Note: As part of your high-protein diet, these orange-flavored crepes should be consumed without toppings or additional fats.
