No need to feel guilty anymore, this high-protein snack is low in carbohydrates and lipids and contains only 109 Kcal per sachet. A real treat!
However, limit to 1 sachet/day at tier 1, with no restriction at other tiers.
To be consumed from Tier 1 to Tier 4.
Preparation tips
In a shaker containing 100 ml of water, add the contents of one sachet and shake. Cook in a lightly oiled pan, like a traditional pancake, and serve your pancakes warm.
One sachet makes approximately 2 pancakes. This will depend on the thickness of the pancake and the size of your pan.
Note, as part of your high-protein diet, these low-carb pancakes should be consumed without toppings or added fats.
