Preparation tips

Add 30g of powder to 60mL of water and mix in a shaker until completely dispersed. Pour into a suitable container (silicone molds) or leave the mixture in the shaker, cleaning the edges with a spatula. 

Place in microwave oven (800W) for 1m10 to 1min30, watching that the mixture does not overflow.

Note: the smaller the container, the shorter the heating time should be. 
Consume within one hour after preparation.
