You can consume them from Phase 1 as a pleasurable snack in addition to your high-protein sachets, while respecting a maximum of 3 crackers per week in Phases 1 and 2, and a maximum of 1 cracker per day in Phases 3 and 4.
This product is compatible with a vegetarian diet and is produced without palm oil.

The cereal crackers are packaged in sachets of 8 biscuits, ready to use.
These cracker packets cannot be used to replace your high-protein sachets (of which you must respect the prescribed daily number), but they can be considered as "small pleasure" supplements that you can add. The quantities indicated are simply maximums and are provided for guidance.
