You can consume them from phase 1 as a pleasure snack. Indeed, these protein chip packets do not substitute for high-protein packets. They are simply small pleasures to be consumed as supplements.
Ingredients and nutritional values
Soy protein concentrate (60%), sunflower oil, tapioca starch, soy fiber (6.4%), salt, maltodextrin, powdered sugar, spices and herbs, natural flavors, tomato powder, acidifiers: malic and citric acids, coloring: paprika extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
