The high-protein sausage is ready to eat and sold in a 30-gram packet. It can be consumed as a snack for pleasure and cannot substitute high-protein packets.
The high-protein sausage consumption is allowed from the first phase of your weight loss program (maximum 3 packets per week in phase 1 and one packet per day in phase 2).
