Preparation tips
In a shaker, add 200 ml of very hot water to rehydrate the powder contained in the packet and mix with a fork (do not close the shaker with the powder and hot water!) until completely dissolved.
If it's not hot enough, you can also pour this mixture into a bowl and heat it for 30 seconds at medium power in the microwave. The goal is to rehydrate the powder while allowing the noodles to finish cooking.
Let it rest for 3 min then enjoy your high-protein Asian noodle broth!
