This high-protein oat flake porridge is gluten-free. It can be consumed cold or warm, for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert.

Preparation tips
Add the content of one protein porridge powder sachet to 100 ml of water and mix until completely dissolved. Serve cold or warm by heating your protein porridge for about 30 seconds in the microwave. From Phase 3, you can add some fruit to your porridge.
