It's a pleasurable snack that is low in calories, rich in protein, and low in carbohydrates and fats, containing only 111 Kcal. It is suitable for the first stage of a high-protein diet.

Preparation tips
In a shaker, add 160 ml of cold water, add the contents of the sachet and shake. Pour into a small dish or ramekin and bake for 20 minutes at 300°F.
For those in a hurry, place in a tall container and heat in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
