This praline-flavored dessert is a preparation for a low-carb and low-fat dessert. With 91% less sugar than a classic dessert cream, this dessert is ideal for following a high-protein diet.

To be consumed from Phase 1 to Phase 4.
Preparation tips
Add one sachet of powder to 150mL of water and mix until completely dispersed.
Let it rehydrate in the refrigerator for about ten minutes.
You can also enjoy your high-protein praline dessert as ice cream by leaving your preparation in the freezer for 1 hour.
