Preparation tips
In a shaker, add 170 ml of very hot water to rehydrate the high-protein powder contained in the high-protein chili con carne sachet. Mix with a fork (do not close the shaker with the powder and hot water!) until completely dissolved. Let stand for 5 min then heat for 45 seconds in the microwave. Your chili con carne is ready!
